Artisan Training Programme at Sappi


Sappi seeks to employ Training Artisans to complete the required training program in the time allocated and to qualify as an artisan at the end of the program.
Sappi Tugela and Stanger Mills are offering effective training and development opportunities to interested individuals with a view to qualify in one of the following trades:
Fitter
Fitter and Turner
Electrical
Instrumentation
Millwrights
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 / Matric Certificate and
N3 Engineering Certificate (4 subjects) or NCV Level 4 relevant to the trade you are applying for
Must have an aptitude for hand skills
Literacy in English
The training opportunity will include the following:
All trade related training completed at a SETA approved training facility
On the job training at Sappi
Practical training off site
Theoretical training
Incumbents will receive an allowance as per Sappi remuneration policy
